my brother dusty had a fight last night at the iron tiger challenge at bellefontaine high school (man, that place is so much different now....).. he was the main event!!!! here's some pics!!

This was the last pic i got before Bo picked Dusty up and slammed him on his head... It knocked Dusty out.. He was down for around 2-3 minutes.. The scariest 2-3 minutes of my life thus far... But it was even worse when he sat up... There was nothing to his eyes for about a minute... He doesn't remember the slam, but he watched it on the video... He was totally dominating the match before the slam... Dusty told me "Oh well, it happens.. I'm going back to the gym tomorrow, and I'm fighting again either Feb. 21st or 28th.." He finds out the date this week.. It's in Muncie, IN.. And, I'm hoping to be there.. I am so proud of Dusty.. I will support him and his fighting until I'm dead and gone, and even then, I'll still be there with him..

He's feeling just fine today, doesn't even have a headache.. That's my dork boy... Hope you enjoyed the pics!!

a little scared...

i have to call the doctor tomorrow (today) when i get up, so i can find out 1-how much an office visit costs, 2-how much a diabetes test costs, and 3-how soon jason can get in... this scares me so much because his mom was in her early 50's when diabetes killed her.. i don't know what we're going to do if he is diabetic, because we're both unemployed, and we wouldn't be able to afford the testing meter, strips, and medication... i don't know what we'll do... i'm so scared that he's diabetic and something's going to happen to him and i'm going to lose him young... i never realized how much the thought of losing someone could scare you... i just want to cry right now, but i have to stay strong for him, because he's terrified... i just don't know... i don't think there are any words to describe the feeling i have now, because it's more than fear... but i know God has a plan, and whatever is meant to be will be..... all i can do is pray...

Okay, so I'm sitting here playing around on the computer, and it just dawned on me that I haven't put any pictures up from Christmas, or Mom's birthday dinner!!! So, better late than never, right?? Here they are!!!

This was at Mom's birthday dinner... It was SO funny!! Someone had made her a special cheesecake (because she's gluten-intolerant and can't eat graham cracker crust), and the waiter brought out a spoonful of whipped cream for it, and put it up to my mom's mouth, so she played along and took a bite of the whipped cream, and the waiter smeared it to the side... It was HILARIOUS!!!!


And here's a few pics of my new haircut that i got the week before Christmas.. My good friend Mallory is going to the Paul Mitchell school in Columbus, and she came up and hung out and chopped my hair off.. I love that girl!!!


This is ChewbEcca.. She is Mallory and my creation. She looks like a puppy, doesn't she? I actually had to argue with a few people who tried saying that I got a new puppy.. Hahaha!!!


I did my hair in like 10 minutes with just a blow-drier and a paddle brush!! I LOVE IT!!




Here I used some hair gel, hairspray, and 2 barrettes.. I LOVE IT AGAIN!!!


I asked Jason to take a picture so I could get a straight forward shot without my arms looking retarded.. (lol)


And lastly, here I am New Year's Eve, waiting on a few friends to show up.. This is just some glittery spray gel and some hairspray. I love how easy it is to style my hair, and the fact I don't have to style it for it to look good!! AND that it's too short to go into a pony-tail!!!

But, okay.. I think that's enough for now.. Hahaha!!
